While Harrison's would be nice, sometimes your brain can use an easier read like this book. That said it is NOT complete, so supplement your studying, but you should know this by now. A lot of times on Medicine rotation you have a few moments to read. It still has a lot of useful facts and I really like the way the cases are layed out and organized.

My only critique would be that I would prefer it to be organizing by organ system. But since my medicine clerkship is organized into sub-specialties, it would have helped me if it were organized into organ systems. This is a great text for reviewing some of the common symptoms patients present with. I understand that the authors want it to be more life-like, not knowing what your patients going to come in with.
